Is there a waiting period?
Our Basic and Standard plans have a 3-month waiting period for natural causes. Accidental cover starts immediately. The Heritage Premium plan has no waiting period.
How fast do you pay claims?
Most claims are paid within 48 hours of receiving the required documentation. Our care advisors will guide you through the process.
Can I cover my extended family?
Yes. Family Standard covers up to 5 dependents, and Heritage Premium covers up to 9. You can manage dependents from your dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Yes — there are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and cover continues until the end of the paid month.
